Retreat Schedule: September 12-15th

Thursday, September 12th

  • 2:00 PM: Pickup at Bozeman Airport or in downtown Bozeman

  • 5:00 PM: Arrive at Battle Creek Ranch, Welcome, and Settle Into Cabins

  • 6:30 PM: Dinner

  • Evening Program: Opening Circle around Campfire, introductions, set intentions for the weekend


Friday, September 13th

  • 7:30 AM: Optional Morning Yoga

  • 8:30 AM: Breakfast

  • 9:30 AM: Coaching Work with Horses with Jaimie

  • 12:30 PM: Lunch and Free Time

  • 2:00 PM: Afternoon Trail Ride or Hike/Fish/Free Time

  • 5:00 PM: Happy Hour at the Bar

  • 6:30 PM: Dinner

  • Evening Program: Music around Campfire


Saturday, September 14th

  • 7:30 AM: Optional Morning Yoga

  • 8:30 AM: Breakfast

  • 9:30 AM: Cattle Drive

  • 12:30 PM: Lunch and Free Time

  • 1:30 PM: Afternoon Options:

    • Horse Coaching with Jaimie

    • Hike/Walk/Fish/Journal/Read/Rest

  • 4:30 PM: Art with Courtney (Sip and Art)

  • 6:30 PM: Dinner

  • Evening Program: Cowgirl Hat Burning and Decorating Party with Westward Hats (take your hat home with you!)


Sunday, September 15th

  • 7:30 AM: Optional Morning Yoga

  • 8:30 AM: Breakfast

  • 9:30 AM: Morning Options:

    • Horse Coaching with Jaimie

    • Hike/Walk/Journal/Fish/Read/Rest

  • 11:30 AM: Pack Cabins

  • 12:30 PM: Sack Lunch and Depart for Bozeman Airport

Note: We recommend participants book evening flights to ensure ample time for travel. Alternatively, we can adjust the departure from the ranch to 11:00 AM if necessary.
